Success Stories: Our Lady of Victories Catholic Primary School

Following a request from the Parent Teacher Association for the provision of structured lunchtime activities, The Little Foxes Club was asked to run Key Stage 2 Lunchtime Clubs covering Tennis, Hockey and Basketball.

A last minute emergency call was made, asking the club to also step in to cover a Lunchtime Gymnastics session, due to the scheduled providers failing to provide the required DBS documentation. The club has since continued to run and develop this slot too, with the gymnastics sessions proving very popular.

Since then, requests have been received for extra-curricular activities to be made available for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 students. As a result, The Little Foxes Club has initiated a Multi-Sports After-School Club, offered once a week, where students in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 experience and enjoy a range of dynamic team games including Dodgeball, Handball, Hockey, Capture the Flag and more.

What the teachers say:

"The Little Foxes Club have been providing popular and well organised sports sessions for our lunchtime clubs at OLOV for the past four years. They offer a wide range of activities from football to tennis and volleyball to hockey and all sessions are run by dedicated, enthusiastic coaches who have built up a great rapport with the children. They are flexible and reliable and all come with an up-to-date DBS check. They come highly recommended."
