

Our Curriculum
Our pre-school toddler and school children’s classes have been specifically designed for the age bands – and corresponding developmental level – of the groups of children we coach. Our classes work in harmony and enhance the child’s natural development, using fun games and challenging activities to teach basic skills.
Our courses target the development of motor skills, promote physical fitness (and reverse the worrying trend of childhood obesity) and instill self-confidence in the children. We encourage a non-competitive environment and believe enjoyment, above all else, is the key objective we should strive for.
We feel that our courses offer the perfect introduction into the world of sport. With us, children of all abilities and ages learn by playing in a safe and enjoyable environment supported by our dedicated team of professional coaches.
Children will learn teamwork through playing organised sports with others; this develops their listening skills, balance, ball skills, foot-eye coordination, social interactions and co-operation.
We believe no child, toddler age and above, is too young to benefit from sport, with simple, fun games, and short time span activities to keep the most agile minds entertained.
Our courses allow parents and their children to bond through sport, a shared activity which both can enjoy and even foster in their spare time. Young players benefit from a zero-pressure environment to grow in confidence.
