Q. How do I organise a trial class and how much does it cost?
All trial classes are free of charge with no obligation to continue the course. If deciding to continue classes, the course fee will include the trial class attended.
Trial classes cannot be arranged during holiday camps as individual day bookings can be made. All trial classes are subject to availability and must be arranged through our office by calling 020 7376 0006. When booked, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm the trial class date and time.
Please note that booking a trial class does not guarantee your child’s place for the term. Places will only be reserved once the full term booking fee has been made.
Q. What happens if I can’t attend the trial class I have booked?
You can rearrange the date of your trial class by contacting the office on 0207 376 0006.
Q. What happens if I miss my regular class?
TERM TIME CLASSES: You can arrange up to three make up classes per term, subject to availability, at any of our venues. Make up classes must be pre-booked by calling 020 7376 0006 before the day of attendance. Please note Refunds cannot be issued for missed classes. Classes can only be used for the child named in the original booking, they cannot be used for siblings. Make up classes must be booked at least a day in advance of the session you wish to attend and must be used within the term time of the original booking.
HOLIDAY CAMPS: Bookings are non-refundable, but advance changes may be possible, subject to availability. If you are unable to attend a holiday camp class, please contact our Customer Relations team at least one working day in advance of the class. We are unable to make any changes to your booking if the class has already taken place.
Q. Can I enroll onto a course after the course has started?
Yes, subject to availability you can join part way through a term. Please be aware that classes may be fully booked before the term begins.
Q: Can I arrange a pro rated booking?
For the first 3 weeks of each term, only full term bookings can be made and extra individual sessions can be booked in order to make up for anything missed. In the 4th week, courses can be pro rated by contacting the office on 02073760006.
Any make up session needs to be booked at least the day before you would like to attend.
Q. Can I enroll onto a course after the course has started?

Q. Are same day bookings allowed during term courses?
No. We are unable to accept bookings on the day of any particular class. Bookings made for the same day will be declined, all registrations are processed in advance.
Q. Are your classes for boys and girls?
Yes! Our classes are tailored to suit both boys and girls.
Q. Can I leave my child unaccompanied?
Our coaches are responsible for all registered children in attendance and they can be left unaccompanied for the duration of the class. It is important that young children are made aware of, and are comfortable with the situation. The coach must also be notified in advance.
Q. Can my child bring a friend for the class?
Unfortunately not, unless it is a pre-booked trial. All children must be pre-registered and enrolled onto a term course to be allowed to participate in a class.
Q. Can my child play on the day if I turn up without booking beforehand?
No. All bookings must be made before the day of attendance.
Q. May I bring siblings to watch?
Yes, on the provision that siblings are kept clear from the playing area and do not disrupt the session.
Q. Do I have to book in advance?
Yes. All bookings must be made in advance of the day of the session. Doing so also secures your child’s place in the most convenient course for you, as well as making sure that friends can be teammates.
Q. Do my children require any special clothing or equipment for their class?
Children should wear comfortable clothing, and suitable footwear for the venue. Please ensure that your child has a bottle of water, a waterproof jacket and any medication they may require. We provide all sporting equipment including tennis rackets. There is also sports kit which can be ordered via our website or over the phone.
Q. How long will it take my kit to arrive?
We endeavour to have all kit orders dispatched within 2 weeks. However, customised kits can take up to a month to process.
Please note that once kits are customised, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Q. Do you store my credit card details?
No. For security reasons we do not store any payment details.
Q. Do Little Foxes run sessions on Bank Holiday weekends?
Yes! The majority of Little Foxes classes run on Bank Holiday weekends and Mondays. If your particular class is an exception, you will be notified in advance.
Q. Do Little Foxes run sessions through the half term?
Little Foxes always run sessions through half term. There are a small number of term sessions and private group classes that do not have sessions booked for half term – if you are unsure, please check your confirmation email for any omissions within the term you have booked. You can also check by calling our dedicated team on 020 7376 0006.
Q. What happens if it rains?
The Little Foxes Club is an all weather company and strives to make classes available whatever the weather. Our Coaches will always be at your session unless you are notified in advance due to health and safety reasons i.e. severe snow.
Please ensure that your child is dressed appropriately for the conditions.

Q. How is my child re-enrolled for the new term?
There are no automatic re-enrollments. If you would like your child to take part in a particular term, a booking will need to be made in advance for the course in question.
Q. How will I know when I can book for the new term?
All customers will be notified via email of upcoming booking periods.
Q. How many children are in each class?
Between 4 and 12 children per coach, depending on the type of class and the age of participating children. We like to keep class numbers as at a level where each child is able to receive individual attention.
Q. If a class is fully booked, is there a waiting list?
Yes, it is possible to add your child to a waiting list. Please call us if your first choice course is fully booked, as we can search for an alternative class which may also suit you.
Q. Is there a membership/joining fee?
We do not have any membership or joining fees. You’re welcome to make bookings for your children as and when you please.
Q. Is your online payment process secure?
Yes. Our website uses the latest secure server software to process online transactions.
Q. Can I get a refund?
Once a booking is made, The Little Foxes Club cannot issue refunds.
Q. My child is almost old enough to attend the older group or she will be old enough to attend the older group halfway through the new term. Which class should I book for her?
If your child will be turning the appropriate age within the upcoming term, they can be booked in for the older age group.

We have a dedicated full time office team able to help you with information, bookings and any general enquiries you may have. Office open hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm as well as Saturday & Sunday from 9:00am - 1:30pm
