Q. Are your classes for boys and girls?
 
Yes! Our classes are tailored to suit both boys and girls.
 
Q. Can I enroll onto a course after the course has started?
 
Yes, subject to availability and the type of class, you can join part way through a term. In this circumstance please note that classes are usually fully booked before the term begins.
 
Q. Can I leave my child unaccompanied?
 
If your child is enrolled into a class at one of our club venues and is aged 4 years and over they can be left for the duration of the class.
 
Q. Can my child bring a friend for the class?
 
Your child can bring their friend to a class only if there is availability. This must be pre-arranged and organised by calling your local club on 020 7376 0006.
 
Q. Can my child play on the day if I turn up without booking beforehand?
 
Only during our Summer Camp periods, however places are subject to availability. To ensure your child has a place please book before attending. During term time we do not accept daily turn-ups, all bookings must be made before the day of attendance.
 
Q. May I bring siblings to watch?
 
Yes, on the provision that siblings are kept clear from the playing area and do not disrupt the session.
 
Q. Do I have to book in advance?
 
As courses are in high demand, booking in advance is necessary to avoid disappointment and secure your child’s place in the most convenient course for you. Booking in advance also ensures that friends can be teammates on the same course.
 
Q. Do my children require any special equipment for their class?
 
Children should wear comfortable clothing, no specific footwear is needed. Please ensure that your child has a bottle of water, a waterproof jacket and any medication they may require. We provide all sporting equipment including tennis rackets.
 
Q. Do you store my Credit Card details?
 
No. For security reasons we do not store any payment details.
 
Q. Do Little Foxes run sessions on Bank Holiday weekends?
 
Yes! Little Foxes classes run on Bank Holiday weekends and Mondays.
 
Q. Do Little Foxes run sessions through the half term?
 
Little Foxes usually run sessions through half term. There are a small number of term sessions and private group classes that do not have sessions booked for half term – if you are unsure check your confirmation email for any omissions within the term you have booked. You can also check by calling our dedicated team on 020 7376 0006.

Q. How is my child re-enrolled for the new term?
 
Children who are already enrolled onto a class will have priority booking period of two weeks to book for the same class for the new term. After priority booking has passed new customers are able to book remaining spaces.
 
Q. How many children are in each class?
 
Between 4 and 12 children per coach, depending on the type of class and the ages of participating children. We like to keep class numbers as low as possible to ensure that each child receives individual attention.
 
Q. If a class is fully booked is there a waiting list?
 
Yes it is possible to add your child to a waiting list. Please call us if your 1st choice course is fully booked, as we will search for an alternative class which is suited for your child.
 
Q. Is there a membership/joining fee?
 
We do not have any membership or joining fees. You’re welcome to book classes for your children as and when you please.
 
Q. Is your online payment process secure?
 
Yes. Our website uses the latest secure server software to process online transactions.
 
Q. My Child is almost old enough to attend the older group. She will be old enough to attend the older group halfway through the new term. Which class should I book her for?
 
Your child should be enrolled for the appropriate age group, which coincides with her age at the point of enrolment.
 
Q. What are your office opening hours?
 
We have a dedicated full time office team able to help you with information, bookings and any general enquires you may have. Office open hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 5.30pm during school term time. Office hours during summer camp are 8:30am - 4.30pm.

Q. What happens if I miss a class?
 
You can do up to three make up classes per term, subject to availability. Make up classes must be pre booked and organised by calling your local club. Refunds cannot be issued for missed classes.
